What's new — late June 2026

A big update: a new Cookbook and cooking history, weekly recaps by email, a redesigned recap page, and dozens of fixes across cooking, pantry, and subscriptions.

What's new — late June 2026

Our first users are here — and their feedback has been the most valuable we've ever had. It didn't just point at small annoyances; it changed what we built next. Nearly everything below came directly from those early conversations. This update is theirs.

New

  • Cookbook & cooking history — every recipe now has a polished timeline of when you cooked it, plus a "Recent recipes" strip.

  • Save how it went — add a rating, notes, and a photo when you finish cooking (and remove a logged cook if you change your mind).

  • Automatic cook logging — finishing a guided cook now logs it for you and can add leftovers back to your stock.

  • Weekly recap by email — get your recap in your inbox, not just as a push notification.

  • Redesigned weekly recap with a per-week challenge card, now also reflecting the dishes you actually cooked.

  • Repeat a meal right inside the chat, with smarter suggestions based on the time of day.

  • New Sports Nutrition category, with refreshed ingredient icons and colors.

  • Onboarding coach — a new carousel to discover what the chat can do, with polished cards and animations.

Improved

More accurate vegan / vegetarian labelling of ingredients. Snacks, confectionery and packaged foods are now handled properly instead of hitting a dead end (previous bug). Faster public pages (lighter icon loading). Weekly summaries now use plain language instead of clinical jargon. More accurate projected daily macros, cleaner Pro plan card, and unit hints inside input fields. Use your camera for additional recipe-import photos.

Fixed

Subscriptions — fixed in-app purchases on iOS. Sign-in — fixed a couple of Google sign-in problems, including one that could create duplicate accounts. Groceries — fixed the page sometimes failing to load, the unit dropdown not populating, and ingredient creation getting stuck when reopening the app. Onboarding — no longer loses your first meal if the connection drops. Receipt scanning — unmatched items are handled gracefully, and scanning steps are no longer rate-limited. Pantry — items get a default storage location, filter links work, and stock notifications open the right page. Health sync — de-duplicated workouts from multiple sources and smoother Garmin syncing. Deleted ingredients no longer reappear in matches, and nutrition totals are more consistent.
